JUNE 2008

So far, June 2008 has been a very exciting month for us here at Kiswahili Pointers!

BLACKPOOL CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

 Kiswahili Martin at Kanix won his 2nd CC , again with BOB, at 13 months old.

1st Junior Dog - Kiswahili Martin of Kanix, CC and BOB.

1st Graduate Dog - Kiswahili Catcher in the Rye

2nd Limit Dog - Penwest Phineas at Kiswahili JW

3 COUNTIES CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

Kiswahili had a most successful and enjoyable day out, culminating with Kiswahili Martin of Kanix gaining his first CC, BOB and Gundog Group 3.

1st Junior Dog - Kiswahili Martin of Kanix DCC, BOB, Group 3

1st Post Graduate Dog ( biggest class of the day) Kiswahili Catcher in the Rye

4th Limit dog - Penwest Phineas of Kiswahili JW

We are thrilled that our young dogs have done so well. Martin was just 13 months old on the day; Rye is 2 years old and Hutch will not be 3 until November.

Edwinstowe & DCS Open show -

BOB Penwest Phineas at Kiswahili JW and RBOB Kiswahili Catcher in the Rye. Thanks to judge Mrs K Bethell.

Melton Mowbray Open show -

BOB and Gundog Group 1 Kiswahili Catcher in the Rye and RBOB Penwest Phineas of Kiswahili JW. Thanks to breed and group judge Mr J Daltry.

Birmingham National Championship Show

Kiswahili Martin of Kanix ended his puppy career by taking BPIB yet again. Well done!!!!

Kiswahili Catcher in the Rye gained 2nd place in a good Graduate class.

Pointer Club Championship Show April 2008

Kiswahili Martin of Kanix does it yet again!

Martin has delighted us all by being awarded Best Puppy In Show at the prestigious Pointer Club Championship Show. The judges were Stuart Tait (dogs) and Frank Kane (bitches) - many thanks!

Pointer Club of Scotland Open Show

Kiswahili Martin of Kanix does it again!

Martin was awarded Best Puppy in Show - well done! Judge was Carolyn Tywman (Bracendown).

Kiswahili Martin at Kanix won 1st in Puppy Dog and Best Puppy Dog - well done Martin!

MANCHESTER CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

Kiswahili Martin at Kanix does it again!!!!!!!!!!!

Martin won 1st MPD, Best Puppy Dog and then won BPIB. Well done Martin. There were about 30 Pointer puppies present so this was a great achievement. Martin is now moving up into Puppy classes and we wish him continued success! He also achieved 2nd place in both the Pup of the Year daily qualifier and the PetPlan Junior Stakes daily heat.

Thanks to Sigurd and Kari, Joanne and John for showing him so well.

BOSTON CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

At Boston Championship show Kiswahili Martin at Kanix excelled himself winning 1st in AVNSC Gundog puppy dog and overall Reserve Best Dog at 7 months of age to the prolific winner 'Yogi' . He also won the Puppy of the Year daily qualifier coming runner-up to the winner on the first day of the show. WELL DONE MARTIN and everyone involved, we are very proud to be his breeders!

At Dukeries Gundog Open show (Jan 2008) Penwest Phineas at Kiswahili JW won BOB under breed specialist Rachel Hambling (Chaseover).
